Simply begin the ordering process on line and then copy down the "sku" numbers and sizes of the items you wish to order. Send that information to us through our email link and we will contact you regarding how to pay by check. Our Internet checkout is a secure system and no personal information is ever exchanged or shared with third party businesses or individuals. Shipping is free and orders are usually filled within three business days. All items can be made to any size requested and almost all have matching necklaces, bracelets and/or earrings available! Please contact us for your special requirements. Gift boxes, gift wrapping and gift cards are also free. All items come gift boxed, but if you require special wrapping and enclosed gift cards, please include this information with your order in the "special comments" box. We offer a no hassle, 14-day money back guarantee on all our items. We also offer free exchanges and re-sizing. Although, infrequently needed, we also offer a free 90-day repair service! Lost one earring? No problem, we are usually able to make up one earring at half price! However, sometimes we run out of specific stones or crystals and are unable to purchase matching ones. We offer private commissions at no extra charge and are happy to do our best to design any creation you might have in mind. Our collection of Swarovski crystals and pearls make weddings a breeze to coordinate and private consultations are always available.
