page one: choose "pay pal" as payment method, regardless if you are paying with a pay pal account or not

page two: Ignore the "payment information" box on the bottom left unless the name and address information is incorrect at the top of the page. You will be asked for your credit card information on the following page

page two: click on the "buy now with pay pal" button. This will then take you to the page to enter your credit card information and continue with the transaction
